Hull & Machinery Performance Engineer

We are seeking a technically proficient and analytical engineer to support fleet-wide energy efficiency by monitoring hydrodynamic performance, supporting the execution of our energy efficiency activities and delivering optimization initiatives. In this role, you will focus on understanding how vessel condition and underwater performance impact fuel efficiency. You will work with data & digital tools to generate the right analysis and insights to support maintenance decisions and improve the overall performance of our ships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vessel performance data to understand hull, propeller and machinery efficiency (Engines, Boilers, HVAC etc.) and identify opportunities to improve fuel performance
• Support root‑cause analysis of performance degradation and contribute to practical recommendations on cleaning, maintenance, and operational actions
