HubSpot CRM Adoption & Enablement Specialist

Key Responsibilities Drive HubSpot adoption across the organisation. Encourage best practices and consistent CRM usage. Identify barriers to adoption and implement initiatives to improve engagement. Promote the value of CRM through ongoing communication, education and user support. Develop creative campaigns, gamification initiatives and engagement programmes to increase platform usage. Provide day-to-day HubSpot support to agents, principals and staff. Assist users with permissions, access, troubleshooting and general CRM queries. Investigate and resolve user issues or coordinate with third parties where required. Act as the first point of contact for HubSpot-related requests. Deliver onboarding and ongoing HubSpot training. Host virtual and in-person training sessions. Produce training material, guides and knowledge articles. Manage user communities such as WhatsApp groups or similar collaboration platforms.
