Job Description
We are looking for a confident, client-facing HSEQ professional who will lead the development, review and maintenance of Occupational HSEQ management systems.
You will work closely with operational managers to create and sustain a safe working environment across Hard FM service delivery in Central and Northern England and Wales.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular, unannounced site audits and inspections to verify compliance with RAMS and safe systems of work, producing detailed reports and tracking corrective actions to closure Support the production and review of risk assessments, method statements and toolbox talks, advising on hazard identification and proportionate control measures Lead accident, incident and near-miss investigations using root cause analysis, including completion of RIDDOR notifications and internal reporting Develop and deliver safety briefings, toolbox talks and fo...
