Lactalis Italia Group, within the Human Resources Department, is looking for an HSE Systems Expert.
The resource will report to the *Italy HSE Manager* and will have the following responsibilities:
* Coordination of activities for the creation and updating of Integrated Management Systems for Lactalis Italia Group (ISO 14001, ISO 45001);
* Development of procedural update plans for Lactalis Italia Group companies and monitoring of the correct implementation and adoption of both local and Lactalis Group policies;
* Preparation, verification, and issuance of Master Guidelines for HSE matters and specific documents with transversal applicability to companies;
* Development of Regulatory Observatory activities, through analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of HSE regulations, in collaboration with Legal;
