We are looking for a proactive SHE Coordinator to lead our safety, and environmental excellence on-site. The Opportunity Reporting to the Plant Manager and the Regional SHE Coordinator, you will be the key driver of our Safe Production. Your Key Responsibilities: Drive Preventive Culture: Lead the Engagement Board and foster Cultural Behaviors. Partner with all departments to prevent accidents and lead investigation processes. Operational Excellence: Execute H&S actions, manage PRL campaigns, and coordinate emergency teams. Compliance & Auditing: Manage Integrated Systems (ISO 14001, 45001…), conduct risk assessments, and plan audits.
