Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Oil & Gas / Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental Engineering
2. Strong Past Experience as HSE Engineer or PTW Specialist .
3. Previous TCO experience is preferrable
4. Proficiency in English, Russian Languages (Speaking, Writing)
6. Strong Technical Knowledge about Plant Operations HSE PTW system
Duties:
1. Lead and manage all HSE activities within the project
2. Coordinate with Client HSE Team and ensure the work compliance to HSE requirements
3. Day to day communication with Client HSE Team, Preparation of PTW & associated documentations
4. Preparation of all necessary HSE Reporting and maintain the HSE document records
