Reporting to the Plant Manager and the Regional SHE Coordinator, you will be the key driver of our Safe Production. This role offers the stability of a integral group with the collaborative spirit of a local, high‑performing team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive Preventive Culture: Lead the Engagement Board and foster cultural behaviors.
Partner with all departments to prevent accidents and lead investigation processes.
Operational Excellence: Execute H&S actions, manage PRL campaigns, and coordinate emergency teams.
Compliance & Auditing: Manage integrated systems (ISO 14001, 45001, …), conduct risk assessments, and plan audits.
Reporting & Budgeting: Oversee the SHE budget and provide monthly performance reporting to the group.
