As an integral part of the HSE team, reporting to the Manager, you will focus on field operations throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Your expertise will guide real-time assessments and tailored safety protocols to protect workers against identified hazards, aiming for a culture of safety excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute site-specific risk assessments on construction sites
• Assess high-risk tasks with field teams
• Provide tailored recommendations for hazard controls
• Maintain visible safety presence on-site
• Lead emergency response coordination and training
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Health and Safety
• Over 5 years of experience in safety roles
• Essential CM IOSH Certification
