The Engagement Associate plays a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by supporting the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives. This role combines administrative tasks with creative thinking to keep employees happy and motivated.

As a member of the Human Resources team, the Engagement Associate acts as an information and engagement source supporting the new hire process while promoting the Sagility vision, mission and values.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring they feel welcome and integrated into the company culture.
• Entrench in early employee life cycle on a regular basis to impact the employee experience, promote the Sagility culture, and to gauge issues leading to attrition.
