Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HRIS administrator and core HR Generalist, overseeing system configuration, data integrity, and reporting, with a strong focus on US benefits and leave integration.
- Manage and optimize HRIS modules for employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, retirement plans, wellness initiatives) and lead the technical setup for annual open enrollment, life events, and system-driven employee communications.
- Leverage HRIS data and analytics to ensure strict compliance with US federal and state employment regulations, preparing required compliance reporting and system audits (e.g., ACA, EEO-1, ERISA).
- Configure and manage leave administration workflows within the HRIS for FMLA, ADA accommodations, short-term/long-term disability, and statutory state leaves.
