Job Overview
The HRIS Data Analyst is responsible for the development, maintenance, and governance of Workday reporting solutions and related data assets. The role ensures reports are accurate, secure, and compliant with organizational standards while supporting data governance initiatives across HR and other business functions.
Reports & Analytics
- Develop and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT) to meet business needs across HR, Finance, and related functions.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into Workday reporting solutions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure report accuracy, usage efficiency, and retirement of redundant reports.
- Support enablement efforts by documenting reporting assets and contributing to self‑service reporting guides.
