HRIS Analyst, HR Processes and Access Management (RBP)

We are looking for an HRIS Analyst – Annual HR Processes and Access Management (RBP) reporting to the Manager, Global HR Services, to support the execution of our global HR processes and the evolution of our HRIS solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in the deployment and continuous improvement of HR programs and access management for core HR systems. You will serve as a resource person for HR teams and contribute to delivering an efficient, secure, and business‑aligned user experience.

Annual HR Processes

• Serve as the primary point of contact for annual HR processes in partnership with HR process owners.
• Collaborate closely with HRIT functional analysts within the Center of Expertise (COE) to adapt and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
