About the role
Southco is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support our Concordville Manufacturing Operations. In this role, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers across a range of HR disciplines, including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and training. You’ll work closely with the local campus HR team to keep our HR programs running smoothly and to bring forward new ideas that meet the evolving needs of the business.
What you will be doing
Think of yourself as the person who keeps the employee experience running smoothly, from the first interview to the day-to-day questions that come up along the way. Here’s what that looks like:
