HRBP Specialist - Cikande, Banten

As a HR Team, you will be responsible for partnering with manufacturing leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support, drive employee engagement and compliance, and provide people solutions that enhance workforce performance and operations.

What will you do?

• Act as a trusted HR partner for manufacturing leaders and employees, providing guidance on people-related matters.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Partner with line managers to identify workforce needs, develop solutions, and support talent planning in the manufacturing site.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
