- Talent Acquisition: Ensure efficient recruitment processes for US positions. Design onboarding and retention strategies that enhance employee experience.
- Talent Management: Plan and implement HR processes, training and organizational development, change management, and policy implementation.
- Strategic HR Process Control: Monitor, improve, and streamline HR processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
