HRBP Director, Engineering and Product

About the Role

Index Exchange is looking for an HRBP Director to join our Toronto office and support our Engineering and Product teams.

You will operate at a strategic level, enabling and empowering leaders to own their people agenda while providing expert guidance on the moments that matter most.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people strategy for Engineering and Product, aligning talent priorities with business goals to enable performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.
• Partner with globally distributed senior leaders (VP/C‑suite) to shape org design, workforce planning, and leadership capability, while also supporting them through people decisions and trade‑offs.
