JOB TITLE : HR3P Vendor Management Specialist

The HR - 3P Vendor Management Specialist will be responsible for executing our third-party manpower vendors for Warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective staffing solutions to support our growing business. The HR 3P Vendor Management Specialist also ensures vendor compliance, service quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with warehouse-level staffing needs. It also drives standardization, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across outsourced workforce engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor-related escalations across warehouse department.
• Train warehouse managers and HRBPs on vendor protocols, escalation paths, and compliance expectations.
