HR & Training Specialist

C-Pak Cergas Sdn Bhd in Seremban is seeking a Junior Executive in Human Resources. This role involves analyzing training needs in alignment with strategic business objectives, establishing a training master plan, and coordinating various in-house and external training programs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management and preferably has at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required.
