You will work within the HR Total Rewards team, supporting compensation and benefits-related analysis, reporting, and process improvements. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of specific projects from start to finish, such as:
Assisting with the review and update of salary ranges for some EMEA countries.Supporting data collection and analysis for participation in compensation and benefits benchmark surveys.Helping improve employee experience through our Ask HR portal and contributing to content creation.Collaborating with other departments such as People Operations and Payroll to gather insights and align processes.Identifying improvement opportunities in compensation processes, documentation, and tools.Supporting ongoing benefits projects as needed, with a focus on enhancing employee understanding and experience.What You Will Need to Succeed
