POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Technology Delivery Manageris responsible forplanning,prioritizing, and delivering HR technology initiatives that support business and workforceobjectives. This role serves as a liaison between Human Resources, Information Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring alignment with system capabilities and team capacity. The position plays a key role inestablishingintake, prioritization, and governance processes while overseeing the HR technology roadmap, vendor relationships, and ongoing support of HR systems to ensure effective, secure, and reliable technology solutions.
