Job Description
Role Summary
The Integration architect designs, builds, and oversees enterprise integrations for Oracle Fusion HCM and related systems such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, Identity/IAM, Workforce Management, and Data Platforms. This role handles Oracle Integration using Boomi as the middleware; Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience is a plus. This position ensures secure, resilient, and compliant integration, promotes reusable assets, and enforces disciplined DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
+ Define HR technology integration architecture, standards, and patterns across API-led, event-driven, and batch models using Boomi, with OCI services as an added advantage.
+ Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and align solutions with business goals and user needs.
+ Provide ongoing support for Oracle HCM Cloud extracts and Boomi integrations.
