HR Strategy & Excellence Lead (Global IT Services)

The HR Strategy & Excellence Lead will act as a strategic partner to the CHRO Office , driving enterprise-wide HR transformation, governance, and execution excellence.

This role will ensure alignment of HR strategy with business priorities, enable data-driven decision-making, and deliver high-impact process and capability transformation across the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Transformation

• Lead and execute large-scale HR transformation programs (workforce strategy, talent, skills, operating model evolution)
• Drive continuous improvement and modernization of HR processes, systems, and frameworks
• Translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives and roadmaps
