• Provide guidance on HR-related inquiries and employee relations
• Contribute to the development of HR strategies
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, proficiency in HRIS, and knowledge of labor laws.
