We make what matters work.What you’ll do:Maintaining HR documentation in accordance with applicable labor law regulations, including:preparation and updating of HR documentation, such as employment contracts, amendments, employment certificates, etc.,maintaining employee personnel files,monitoring validity of medical examinations and ensuring their timely completion.Entering and updating data in HR and payroll systems.Recording and settling employees’ working time (shift systems) in compliance with labor law regulations.Participation in the creation of company work schedules.Monitoring changes in labor law and implementing them within the organization.Administration and coordination of employee benefits (e.g., medi...
