Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

To support the administrative and operational matters within the HR department on the following:

HR Administration

  • Prepare monthly/off-cycle payroll data to vendor, validate the payroll report to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits, ensuring timely updates and proper documentation.
  • Provide ad-hoc HR support where required to ensure smooth business operations.

Data Management

  • Ensure coordination on information and processes in collaboration with relevant project units, HR, and other stakeholders.
  • Support HR stakeholders and managers on ad hoc adjustments to organizational and employee data in HR systems to ensure data consistency.
  • Audit data entry in HR systems on a regular basis to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
