This position will focus heavily on recruiting talent across a range of detail-oriented and technical functions within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong full-cycle recruiting expertise, a proactive approach to talent sourcing, and the ability to contribute ideas that improve HR team effectiveness.
