Roles & Responsibilities: Strong project management skills applied in a business/corporate environment.
Lead HR Solutions projects according to Capgemins BID methodology
Strong experience in HR Solutions and leading/responding to RFI and RFP for H2R domain
Involved in Solution process design levering our curren Methodologies such as DGEM and internal and external HR Benchmarks.
Able to estimate FTE requirements based on the data provided by the client in the RFP/RFI
Should have done commercial modelling and FTE sizing to design HR Target operating model
Responsible for managing internal stakeholders ir order to work aligned to BID strategy.
Design solution according to the project deadlines and provide the required deliverables.
Participate in workshops (if applicable) to capture actions required by Clients to facilitate Solution Design process.
Participate in solution defense, Orals workshops .
