We are looking for an HR Services Manager for our headquarters in Madrid.

Mission

The HR Services Manager will oversee key HR operational services and ensure efficient, high‑quality delivery of HR processes that support both the employee experience and business needs. The role combines HR operations management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration, focusing on hiring administration, benefits management and HR Help Desk. The position also contributes to HR transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, standardization and service quality.
