Job Description
Avantor is seeking an HR Tier 1 Associate in Mexico City to serve as the first contact for employees seeking HR help via the ServiceNow platform. Under limited supervision, you will create, update, and close HR tickets, reference the knowledge base, and resolve basic HR questions related to benefits, payroll, and policies, while maintaining confidentiality.
You will escalate complex issues to Tier 2 and document interactions for reporting, working in a fast-paced environment.
