Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Specialist to support and enhance HR digital workflows within the ServiceNow platform. The role will focus on HR case management, knowledge management, portal configuration, and integrations, ensuring seamless employee experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, including:

o Case Management

o Knowledge Management

o Employee Service Portal

• Customize and enhance ServiceNow platform:

o Workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications

• Support portal configuration (widgets, content, automation) to improve user experience
• Develop and manage integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) with HR systems (e.g., Workday)
