About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Senior Advisor to provide high‑quality HR guidance, coaching and support to leaders and employees across a wide range of people management and employment relations matters. This role plays a key part in building capability, improving culture, and supporting effective people outcomes.

Applicants MUST have proven Case Management experience, including workplace investigations, performance management, misconduct matters, and fitness‑for‑work cases.
