Coordinate and manage annual salary review processes
Review the current bonus framework, identify improvement opportunities, and propose enhancements
Prepare and analyze compensation and benchmarking surveys
Conduct reporting and data analysis
Support the region in projects related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive
