Key Responsibilities
Manage employee lifecycle administration, including hires, terminations and employment changes through ERGANI. Prepare and submit employment contracts, amendments and monthly work schedules. Participate in the payroll process, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payroll execution. Support compliance with labour law, social insurance and employment regulations.
