We’re looking for a HR & Payroll Coordinator (18-month FTC) to join our HR team!

Our HR team are looking to hire an experienced HR Administrator/Coordinator who is CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) Qualified and seeking to take the next step in their career! A really varied role with the opportunity develop both HR & Payroll experience further in a large organisation. This role will support daily operations in our HR Hub delivering an exceptional customer experience and also support key payroll cycles through front end Payroll input working closely with our payroll team and to support key HR stakeholders.

Sika will also commit to funding a qualification during the 18-month FTC which can be either HR, Benefits or Data related for example. This new position will be working at one of our Sika sites (in Leeds, Preston, Welwyn Garden City or Redditch), Monday to Friday, four days on site, and one day working from hom...
