HR Partner: Shape People, Change & Impact

Médecins Sans Frontières is seeking an HR Partner for their Geneva office, where you will shape HR practices supporting a positive employee experience. This full-time position entails acting as the HR interface for HQ teams, coordinating with HR specialists and fostering inclusive practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary degree in Human Resources with extensive experience in HR Business Partnering within multicultural environments. Strong language skills in English and French are required, with German preferred.

The position offers competitive gross annual salary between CHF 102,180.- and CHF 116,508.- along with 25 days vacation and pension plan contributions.
