Role Overview

We're looking for an HR Ops & Employee Engagement Associate to help make Carbonteq a place people are genuinely excited to show up to — and to help the outside world see what makes it special. This is an engagement-first role with a creative edge: you'll bring our culture to life through events, wellness, and recognition, while also running our social media — planning and creating content that tells the Carbonteq story.

You'll lean on AI tools to work faster and smarter on the content side, and keep our core HR operations running smoothly behind the scenes. It's an ideal first or early role for someone who lights up around people, has a creative streak, and wants to own real programs that touch the whole company and shape how we show up online. You'll work closely with the Head of HR, with the room and trust to make things happen.
