• Manage day-to-day HR Operations ensuring smooth and efficient employee lifecycle processes.
• Process monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, leave management, deductions, and end-of-service settlements.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and employee documentation.
• Support visa and immigration processes ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.
