Corpay is currently looking to hire a Global HR Coordinator. This position falls under our Cross‑Border line of business and will be located in Toronto, Canada. As a Global HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of HR services across international markets, reporting directly to the HR Director, People Operations.
Responsibilities
HR Operations & Data Management
- Maintain and manage employee data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions across cross‑border populations.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision‑making.
- Conduct audits and data validation to ensure consistency across global HR systems.
