The HR & Operations Manager oversees the organization's human resources and operational functions, ensuring effective people management, compliance with labor laws, and alignment with business objectives. This role is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, training, benefits administration, and HR systems management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates.
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Lead new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations, ensuring fairness and compliance with labor laws.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational goals and Philippine labor regulations.
