Job Responsibilities
- Attend on-site workplace incidents and conduct initial fact-finding and documentation.
- Manage the full disciplinary process, including investigations, Show Cause Letters, inquiries, and case documentation.
- Handle workplace injury (WICA) cases and liaise with MOM, insurers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations, and Work Pass requirements.
- Advise site managers on employment matters, disciplinary actions, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with clients during incidents and provide timely updates and resolutions.
- Prepare incident reports, maintain case records, and recommend process improvements.
- Support MOM audits, inspections, and other compliance-related matters.
- Monitor incident trends and ensure timely closure of all cases.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
