The HR Operations Assistant will work under the general supervision of the HR Operations Manager, and will provide critical support in the HR and recruitment functions of Bassett Healthcare Network. The primary objective is to provide support and guide an effective and efficient HR process through accurate and timely processing of candidate and new hire scheduling and other HR division related administrative tasks.
