Job Description

The HR Officer will support the organization’s human resource functions, ensuring smooth operations in employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, and HR administration. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of HR experience who are eager to contribute to a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support performance management activities, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Handle payroll preparation, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
