HR Officer – Midrand
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team based in Midrand . This is an excellent opportunity for a human resources professional with strong Industrial Relations knowledge and experience.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Relations, or a related field Honours qualification will be advantageous Moderate experience attending to CCMA matters and disciplinary processes Sound knowledge of: Labour Relations Act (LRA) Employment Equity Act (EEA) Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA) Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) Strong administrative and reporting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's licence and reliable transport Advantageous: Previous Industrial Relations experience Experience within a multi-site or op...
