Your new role

As HR Officer, you will assist in the provision of the full range of HR duties across all departments, delivering a quality, consistent HR service. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, coordinate recruitment from shortlisting through to chairing interview panels and issuing documentation, and handle low-level employee relations and absence investigations while coaching line managers.
