Job Description
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Checked, Key In and Update Data such as Leave application, SSF : In-Out Registration, Group Insurance : In-Out Registration, PVD: In-Out Registration, Data as needed
• Responsible for Claim or Other matters of SSF and Group Insurance
• Staff orientations
• Recruitment: Find suitable candidates as on requested
• Report and Summary of selected and non selected candidate
• On campus ; including preparation of equipment, documents
• Data management and filing
• Identify training and development opportunities
