Job Description

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment activities through Facebook and other online platforms.
  • Create, post, and monitor job advertisements on Facebook.
  • Screen applicants and coordinate interview arrangements.
  • Conduct basic candidate communications and follow-ups.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records and applicant databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with Facebook posting and social media platforms.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office applications).
