Job Description
**Introduction**
IBM HR Operations is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Japanese Language Specialist to join our Global Offboarding team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will own end-to-end employee separation transactions for IBM's Japan and broader APJ workforce, serving as the primary Japanese-language point of contact for exiting employees, HR Business Partners, and local People Managers.
This is a high-trust, service delivery role that combines language expertise with process rigour. You will handle separations from initiation through to Full and Final Settlement (FFS) closure, ensuring every exit is accurate, compliant, and empathetic — reflecting IBM's commitment to a positive employee experience at every stage of the employment lifecycle.
