- Manage full-spectrum of HR functions (HR Strategy&Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management&Development, Compensation&Benefits, Employee Relations&Engagement and HR Policies& Compliance) globally.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent.
- Handle all aspects of employee lifecycle, including confirmation, promotion, transfers, and exits.
- Drive performance appraisal and feedback cycles.
- Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.
- Administer payroll, claims, and statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
- Lead engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal communications.
- Develop and maintain HR policies in line with MOM regulations.
