HireLoft Recruitment is working with an established manufacturing leader to find an HR Manager for their Canadian operations. You will serve as the primary HR resource for four sites, handling all aspects of HR for over 200 employees. This on-site role emphasizes strategic leadership and compliance in workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with operations leaders on HR strategies
• Lead performance management and workforce planning
• Ensure adherence to Canadian employment law
• Manage comprehensive employee relations for all staff
• Conduct annual HR processes, including benefits renewals
