Job Description
Job Purpose
To provide strategic Human Resources leadership and partnership to the operation by ensuring the implementation of the Group People Strategy, and that people practices are effectively supported. The role is accountable for leading the full Human Resources function at the operation and serves as the principal Human Resources advisor to the General Manager and operational leadership team. The incumbent will ensure the consistent application of Group Human Resources policies, standards and governance frameworks while fostering employee and union relationships, building organisational capability and enabling sustainable business performance.
